Dilip has Indian roots and grew up in Bruges, Belgium. As a child he travelled a lot with his parents, and thus came into contact with different kitchens at a very early age. After a career in the banking sector, he has been working in Luxembourg in the family office and real estate development sector since 2000. He travels a lot, mainly for professional reasons.
